Please read each section below for a detailed description of how we work with our nutritional clients.

Nutritional Case Evaluation
The Nutritional Case Evaluation is the first step for all new nutritional clients. The Nutritional Case Evaluation process is designed to save money and time in the long run by performing the appropriate diagnostic tests and evaluation before we provide you with a nutritional program. Identifying which organs are undernourished, contributing to your health problems is the key to a positive outcome.

The Nutritional Case Evaluation serves several purposes. It enables us to more accurately estimate how long your nutritional program will be, what it will include and how much it will cost. It gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have about your health challenges and how we work with nutritional clients. And it provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we are right for you.

Once you’ve decided to proceed with the Nutritional Case Evaluation, we will send you questionnaires to fill out and return to our office. We will also send you an order form for a comprehensive blood chemistry panel, which will provide us with important information about your physiology. You will take this order form to a designated lab to have your blood drawn, and they will send us the results (usually within 48 hours).

The comprehensive blood panel is the single most efficient, effective and affordable tool for quickly evaluating your health. It screens for a wide range of conditions, including several types of anemia; gut, viral, bacterial and patristic infections; insulin resistance and hypoglycemia; liver and kidney issues; and thyroid and adrenal problems. It offers important clues for us to structure and focus your nutritional program to achieve the best results. And it provides a baseline of biomarkers that will be used to objectively track the progress of your nutritional program over time.

The Nutritional Case Evaluation includes:

  • A thorough review of your medical history and relevant previous lab work (60 page limit).
  • A comprehensive blood chemistry panel ($900 retail value).
  • A consultation to review your results (60 minutes; in-person or by phone).
  • Recommendations for further testing (if necessary).
  • A nutritional program including whole food supplements nutritional and lifestyle upgrades.

Cost: $695. Cost of blood chemistry panel included (additional $110 charge for residents of NY, NJ, MA and RI due to laws in those states that require us to use a more expensive lab provider). Prices may change without notice due to changes in fees by our lab providers.
