"Give a person a fish and they will eat for a day. Teach them how to fish and they will eat for a lifetime."

Eat local produce that are rich in enzymes
When you eat an orange that travelled hundreds of miles from Florida, how does it not go bad? Biological chemists
genetically modify the orange to have fewer enzymes to prevent it from spoiling. Our body uses these enzymes for digestion support and as catalysts for metabolic processes. If the foods we consume have fewer enzymes than nature intended, our bodies must work harder to produce increased amounts of these enzymes. Eventually, symptoms of indigestion appear as our body becomes fatigued from working overtime too long. How do I know if my fruits & vegetables have enough enzymes? Always grow organic and pick the fruit or vegetable the same day you eat it.
